Have you ever set aside time in the evening to publish an especially prolific blog post and then end up disappointed when you don't see the hits rolling in?
Here's a better way: save your post as a draft and then publish it in the mid-morning the next day. Sending your post out into a world full of sleeping readers won't get you much attention!
This is especially true if you update your blog's Twitter with links to new posts. Save those updates for when most people are online and looking at Twitter, in the mid-morning when they've already gone through their own email and are ready to catch up with their Twitter friends.
